Experimental soul band SAULT have announced their latest ‘Untitled’ album with a complete take-over of their Instagram page to mark the occasion.

The stunning 18 track release is a powerful ode to changing times. As well as featuring Michael Kiwanuka we are yet to know who’s involved int he full project, though through Instagram, Cleo Sol, who’s signed to their labelhas also shared the project too.

Each tracks title nods towards revolution, expression and a celebration of black culture. While the album is not yet available for purchase or listening through services such as Spotify, you can listen to the full project on their Instagram account.

Their first post statement reads:

“We present our first ‘Untitled’ album to mark a moment in time where we as Black People, and of Black Origin are fighting for our lives.
RIP George Floyd and all those who have suffered from police brutality and systemic racism.
Change is happening…We are focused. Salute x

The mysterious band have previously released 2 incredible albums which have most certainly been some of our favourite releases of of late. Their sound has been well described as “zig-zags between ESG-esque post-punk funk, early 80s boogie and something approaching net-soul”.
